My work is an exploration of a biomorphic landscape. The organic aesthetics of nature are then in turn connected
with the organic aspects of the human body. Using representation that hovers along the imaginary border of abstraction,
allows for an image that is not quite recognizable but evokes the idea of flesh. My images are meant to conjure tension that
is aesthetically pleasing as well as grotesquely visceral. By evoking these elements my work becomes a statement about the
body and nature intertwined both effected by uncontrolled elements yet persevere in constancy.
